I was born in Jamaica and immigrated to Montreal Canada when I was 16. While in Montreal, I attended culinary school for a short period of time and schooled under various executive chefs. I have been a chef in many different upscale restaurants and fine dining establishments. In Montreal, I was the executive chef for a corporation which lead me to Saskatoon to open franchises for them here. I decided to stay in Saskatoon because I fell in love with the province and its people. My culinary skills have lead me to be the Chef and Executive chef in various restaurants here in Saskatoon.
I love and enjoy doing what I do, as cooking has always been my passion and calling.
